Sabrina is a seasoned Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Approved Consultant with over 25 years of experience working with the IFS model, having originally trained directly with the IFS founder, Dick Schwartz. She holds advanced certifications and degrees in Somatic Psychotherapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Yoga, Massage Therapy, Holistic Health, Authentic Relating, and Psychedelic Integration. Sabrina completed her Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Body Psychotherapy at Naropa University and is certified in Psychedelic Integration through Fluence, where she also teaches. In addition to her therapeutic work, Sabrina is an accomplished executive coach, bringing her expertise in leadership, communication, and personal development to support individuals and organizations in achieving their highest potential by leading from the heart. She integrates somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, and mindful practices to foster transformative growth in professional settings. With a lifelong focus on the interchange of soma, psyche, and spirit, Sabrina’s journey has encompassed a rich exploration of nonordinary states of consciousness through movement, somatics, meditation, and plant medicines. As the creator of Psychotherapeutic Touch, a certification program and framework for the ethical and skilled use of touch in therapy, and the developer of Neoshamanic IFS (NIFS), she integrates inner work with community and mystical connections to foster deep healing. Sabrina also leads training programs in Psychedelic Circles, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Embodied Meditation. Rooted in a diverse array of spiritual and mystical traditions, Sabrina has apprenticed with shamans, curanderas, and elders, while also drawing wisdom from psychics and energy workers. Her practice transcends traditional therapeutic labels, and while she holds a license in psychotherapy, she identifies primarily as an Elder, Guide, and Spiritual Doula. She blends the extraordinary with the ordinary to help individuals access their innate wholeness and true essence. Being bilingual in Spanish, culturally mixed, and genderfluid, Sabrina brings a deeply inclusive perspective to her work. She is an artist, poet, and dancer who thrives in the in-between spaces, offering unique approaches to mindfulness, meditation, and expanded states of consciousness. As the owner of Interweaving Journeys, she continues to inspire transformation and growth through her integrative and compassionate approach.
